With former Saginaw Spirit and Co-host of the ‘Spittin’ Chiclets’ podcast, Paul Bissonnette on a February 2020 broadcast.
I have been blessed with two very important things. The love for the game of hockey and the trust of people to deliver the game to them through the visual or spoken medium of radio or television.
My journey began at just 18 years old when I was hired by the Flint Generals to be their play-by-play man fresh out of the Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts (Now Media Arts).
Since then, I have enjoyed 16 seasons of broadcasting hockey for various teams and networks, five of those seasons at the ECHL or AHL level.
My natural love for the game is matched by my intensity and passion on the broadcast, and my constant hunger to improve. I have always had to pave my own way and have worked hard for everything I have today.

Four-time Stanley Cup Champion Darren McCarty and I share a laugh during the 2019 Shocks and Saves Charity Game.
